The GPA team are principally former employees from senior commercial positions within several Main Contractors and from where they have experience of the financial, commercial & contractual management and administration of multi-million pound construction projects.

Projects have included new build and refurbishment of public, retail, industrial, commercial offices, health, leisure, education, accommodation and housing from where they have experience of working with public bodies and commercial developers on Greenfield, Brownfield and City-centre sites.

Commercial Management at a senior level can also be made available to your business by the former Commercial Director of the regional business unit of a major UK main contractor.

Additionally, GPA through an in-house Technical Illustrator and designer now offer a service in the Management and Production of Operation and Maintenance Manuals to the construction industry specialising in hyper-linked and searchable electronic manuals.
